Story
In 2022, I visited a Japanese restaurant in the UK. The restaurant had an authentic appearance that encouraged me to come in, but the food I experienced did not meet my expectations. I realized that many Japanese restaurants serve dishes that stray far from what authentic "Japanese food" should be. I felt deeply disappointed because customers might remember this food as representative of Japanese cuisine. This experience inspired me to pursue something different and elevate the quality of Japanese food. Thus, BlackSwan Robotics was born.
